Also on April 24th is European Green Infrastructure Day 2025 organized by the World Green Infrastructure Network. This event in Brussels, "will gather EU policymakers, urban green infrastructure experts, local authorities and NGOs to discuss how to turn European cities from grey to green, contributing to climate adaptation and water resilience of Europe’s urban areas." It is a "policy conference dedicated to exchange views on the state of affairs of urban green infrastructure in the EU and how to unlock their multiple benefits, for citizens, businesses and the environment".
Their collaborating partner AIPH has a website full of free information: webinars, books and reports, and case study examples and manuals of green cities. I highly recommend it if you want to learn more about practical implementation of green infrastructure.
