Multi-Stakeholder Management for the Living Innovation Lab

Students of the VU Amsterdam performed a multi-stakeholder analysis for the Living Innovation Lab - Green Infrastructure as part of the course Mulit-stakeholder management, part of Business administration - specialization Strategy & Organization, led by Katinka Quintelier.

The report made by Sietse Minnema, Emily Liu, Lorenzo Borghetti, Aoibhín O’Raw, and Lisa Kuiks contains not just a stakeholder analysis but also a pathway of steps to be taken to successfully engage interested stakeholders in the coming months, thus providing a set of concrete tasks and corresponding timeline towards enlarging our consortium.

This report, and those of other students, did not just examine and evaluate relevant stakeholders but also identified specific people within the relevant organizations to contact, which greatly furthers the progress of LILa-GI overall.
